Non-Medical Attendant Care & In-Home Support

LOVE Association provides Personal Assistance Services (PAS), also known as attendant care, which are non-medical services that assist individuals with significant physical or sensory disabilities and seniors who require support with activities of daily living (ADLs).

Our PAS services are designed to promote independence, preserve dignity, and support individuals in remaining safely in their homes and communities.

Personal Assistance Services May Include:

In alignment with Virginia Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services (DARS) and Medicaid waiver frameworks, services may include:

Assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
Meal preparation and nutritional support
Light housekeeping and home organization
Mobility and transfer assistance (non-medical)
Companionship and supervision
Medication reminders (non-clinical)
Transportation coordination
Errands and essential shopping
Technology assistance and digital navigation support

Services are individualized based on participant needs and authorized service plans.

Funding & Eligibility

LOVE Association Incorporated seeks to align its Personal Assistance Services with:

Virginia Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services (DARS) programs
Medicaid waiver programs (where applicable)
Community-based funding sources
Private pay arrangements
